01Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you") and IdeaCraft Studios ("we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of our mobile applications, web applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using any of our applications, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you are using our apps on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
02Scope & Applications
These Terms apply to all applications developed and published by IdeaCraft Studios, including:
- AdmobTrack – AdMob earnings tracking and analytics
- System Info: CPU & RAM – device monitoring utility
- All future applications released under the IdeaCraft Studios developer account on Google Play, Apple App Store, or the web
Certain applications may have additional terms or guidelines that supplement these Terms. In the event of a conflict, the app-specific terms will prevail for that application.
03License to Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, IdeaCraft Studios grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Download and install our applications on devices you own or control
- Use the applications for your personal, non-commercial purposes
- Access features and content made available through the applications
This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise commercially exploit or make available to any third party the applications or any content therein.
04Restrictions
You agree not to, and will not permit others to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any of our applications
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on our applications or any portion thereof
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the applications
- Use our applications for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
- Use automated scripts, bots, or other tools to scrape, crawl, or interact with our applications in an unauthorized manner
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our services or systems
- Distribute, sell, sublicense, rent, or lease the applications to any third party
- Use the applications to transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
05User Accounts & API Keys
AdmobTrack – API Credentials
AdmobTrack requires you to authenticate with your Google account and grant access via the AdMob API (OAuth 2.0). By doing so, you acknowledge that:
- You are the legitimate owner of or authorized to use the Google AdMob account you connect
- Your API credentials and OAuth tokens are stored locally on your device only
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and credentials
- You should revoke access through your Google account settings if you uninstall the app or suspect unauthorized use
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials associated with our services. You agree to notify us immediately at info@ideacraftstudios.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
06In-App Purchases
Some of our applications may offer in-app purchases, premium features, or subscriptions. Where applicable:
- All purchases are processed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and are subject to their respective terms
- Prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary by region
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Google Play or Apple ID account settings
- We do not offer refunds beyond what is required by applicable law or the respective app store's refund policy
07Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, graphics, logos, names, and other materials in our applications are the exclusive intellectual property of IdeaCraft Studios or our licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
The "IdeaCraft Studios" name and logo, and the names and icons of all our applications, are trademarks of IdeaCraft Studios. You may not use these marks without our prior written consent.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in our intellectual property other than the limited license expressly set forth in Section 3.
08Privacy
Your use of our applications is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our applications, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.
09Third-Party Services
Our applications may integrate or link to third-party services, including:
- Google AdMob API – for earnings data retrieval in AdmobTrack
- Google Play Services – for app distribution and updates
- Firebase / Google Analytics – for crash reporting and usage analytics
Your use of these third-party services is subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies. IdeaCraft Studios is not responsible for the practices of any third-party services integrated into our applications. We encourage you to read their terms before use.
We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify third-party integrations at any time without notice.
10Disclaimers
IdeaCraft Studios does not warrant that:
- Our applications will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components
- The results obtained from using our applications will be accurate or reliable
- Any errors in our applications will be corrected
Earnings data displayed in AdmobTrack is sourced directly from the AdMob API. We make no representations about the accuracy of that data — always verify with your AdMob dashboard for financial decisions.
11Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IdeaCraft Studios and its owner(s), employees, and agents shall not be liable for any:
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill
- Damages arising from your inability to use or access our applications
- Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your data or device
In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
12Termination
These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either party.
You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling our applications and ceasing all use of our services.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our applications immediately, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to other users, third parties, or IdeaCraft Studios.
Upon termination, the license granted to you in Section 3 will immediately cease. Sections covering intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination.
13App Updates & Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue our applications or any feature thereof at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms periodically.
When we make material changes, we will:
- Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
- Notify you via an in-app notice or on our website where reasonably practicable
Your continued use of our applications after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using our applications.
14Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our applications shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India. You consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
